HOW OUR RENTAL WORKS

At Eman Bridal, we make it easy for you to find the perfect bridal outfit for your special occasion. Follow our simple rental process and let us help you look and feel beautiful on your big day.

1. Choose Your Outfit

Browse our collection and select the bridal outfit you love. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred outfit and event date.

2. Visit Us for a Fitting

Please visit us at least one week before your event to allow enough time for fittings and any necessary adjustments.

Location: Bihi Towers, 9th Floor, Nairobi CBD.

3. Understand Your Rental Period

Each rental covers 3 days:

Day 1: Collect your outfit.
Day 2: Wear it for your event.
Day 3: Return the outfit.

Please ensure your outfit is returned on time to avoid losing your refundable deposit.

4. Rental Price & Refundable Deposit

A refundable deposit is charged once per booking, not per outfit. If you rent multiple outfits together, only one general deposit applies to the booking.

Your deposit is refunded when all rented items are returned on time and in their original condition. Late or delayed returns may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
